Leather Face Mask Care

So you bought one of our leather face masks but you're a little unsure of how to clean and maintain it. AKINGS is here today to teach you how to properly clean and maintain your leather face mask. Follow the tips below and your leather mask should last you a lifetime! (And you can apply the same cleaning techniques to your other leather products as well!)

TIPS FOR CLEANING YOUR LEATHER FACE MASK

• Wipe clean with a damp cloth and dry with a clean, soft cloth
• Always let leather air dry 
• If your leather gets wet, pat dry it - do not rub
• You can also condition your leather with oils like mink, essential lemon, coconut, or virgin olive oil
• DO NOT use alcohol or acetone on leather - it will cause severe damage
• If you're unsure of any cleaning method, test it first on an out-of-the-way spot

TIPS FOR SANITIZING YOUR LEATHER FACE MASK

• To sanitize the polyester lining, take a damp cloth and throughly wipe the lining
• Let it air dry or pat dry with a clean cloth
• Clean your mask as often as you feel necessary
• We suggest wearing a disposable mask under your leather face mask
