Did you receive a tracking # and it hasn't updated? We also constantly checking to find out for you too. 99% of the time we have definitely dropped off the package but they have not scanned yet.

WHAT DO TO DO?

1) DON'T PANIC

USPS / UPS understaffed.

 We have had instances where the shipping package has not updated until they arrived to your door or to another store  location. 

BEEN OVER A WEEK?

1) Message us via this email and give us your order #. We will request an update from the shipping courier.

2) Please submit a claim with USPS directly here. With your help and us asking them they will look into the claim much faster.
