How are your masks made?
All our masks are 4-ply. They're constructed with 3 non-woven layers and an SMS anti-bacterial layer. The ear loops are stretchy elastics that will provide you with the upmost comfort for normal and extended wear.
Where are the masks being shipped from?
Masks are currently being shipped from New York. For large quantities, we can offer to ship orders directly to you from our supply partners.
How are the masks packaged?
Our masks come in a plastic sealed packaging. Grey masks are individually sealed while black and blue masks are sealed in packs of 10.
What is the handling and processing time for my masks?
Our team in New York works hard to ensure that orders are shipped in the most timely manner possible. Please allow 2-3 days for your order to ship from our facilities.
How can I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email once your order leaves our facilities. Because of courier delays, the tracking number you receive may not show any updates for a day or two.
When will I get my masks?
Once you receive your shipping confirmation email, please refer to the tracking number included in that email to see updates of when your order will be arriving to you.
Are the masks reusable?
Unfortunately, the first aid masks are not reusable. You cannot wash these masks to reuse so we advise that you use your best judgment regarding when to change your mask. If you are looking for reusable masks to compliment your first aid face mask, please click here.
What sizes do your masks come in?
Masks are one size fits all. The masks have elasticated ear loops and tend to fit most adults. Our grey masks run a little smaller and are perfect for adults with smaller faces and kids.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for the face masks?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing to businesses and organizations that are looking to buy large quantities. If you're interested in wholesale, please send an email to binny@akings.com and we can provide more information.
Why is my promotion code not applying to the first aid face masks?
We make our best effort to keep prices low for these masks, selling them to you at a cost that is similar to what we pay. Because of this, no promotions or discounts will be accepted for these products.
Are these masks eligible for return?
For health and sanitary reasons, we will NOT be accepting any returns on any masks orders that have already been shipped. All first aid mask orders are FINAL SALE.
